Wedding DJ Melbourne 1990 Most Requested Songs
The year of 1990 and my Top Ten requested songs is a mixture of dancing time songs, love background songs and singalongs. The two most requested songs on this list are Love Shack by the B-52’s and U can’t touch this by MC Hammer. I see these two songs, time and time again on couples request lists, and from experience, these two songs work very well on the dance floor.
Another song that pops up now and again is “Unchained Melody” by The Righteous Brothers, but will only play it on the dance floor if it was a special request from the bride or guests while people are dancing. The time to play this track is during the entree or main meals, or when people are sitting around catching up with friends, they have not seen for a while.
Did you know:
According to the Guinness world records list, Madonna is the most successful female artist worldwide selling over 200 million records. Madonna has also appeared in over 22 films, and her album “Like a Virgin” is in the top 200 albums of all time. Madonna’s Confessions tour is the most successful tour of any female artist worldwide, and she has a line of collectable wine called Madonna – Confessions on a dance floor.
While Madonna was trying to make it to the big time, she started out working in a Dunkin’ Donuts store in New York City but was reportedly fired because she squirted jam in a customer’s face.
