How much space does the Mirror Booth need?

Please designate an area of about 3 meters by 3 meters wide. This space will provide ample room for the mirror booth, allowing guests to move around, pose, and interact with the booth comfortably. The area should also have access to a power outlet and be in a well-lit location or have adjustable lighting to ensure optimal photo quality.

Is there a limit to how many photos can be taken and printed?

We have packages that offer Unlimited Photos and Prints. This means that you and your guests can snap an endless number of fun photos while the photo booth is booked! Each session takes three awesome shots, and you can print up to 5 copies of each session. Feel free to jump back in line for more photo fun whenever you like or just keep the good times rolling!

How long until we get our photo printouts?

Your photos will be printed in just seconds, leaving your guests amazed at how quickly they can grab their awesome snapshots!

Can we receive Digital Copies on the day?

Yes, provided there’s good network coverage at the venue, your guests can receive their photos via SMS or Email and easily share them on their favorite social media platforms.

How do we choose our photo templates?

Once booked, you’ll get to choose your photo templates online! Pick your favorite design and add your own text for a personal touch. Alternatively, we can create a custom template just for you, featuring your logo or invites to match your event’s theme. We’ll send you the design for approval before finalising it.

Will we get access to ALL the digital photos through a photo gallery?

Absolutely, you’ll get all the digital photos 2-3 business days after the event! We’ll send you a secure link and password to our photo gallery, so you can easily share the fun with family and friends.

Do you have Public and Products Liability Insurance?

We are fully covered with up to $20 million in public and product liability insurance to ensure peace of mind for everyone involved. Additionally, all of our equipment are test and tagged to meet the specific requirements of the venue. This ensures that everything is in top condition and compliant with safety standards, so you can focus on enjoying your event without any concerns.

Is there a fee for setup and pack-up time?

Not at all! We don’t charge for the time spent setting up or packing down. We usually arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before your event starts to get everything ready. So, you can relax knowing that setup and pack-up time is on us and won’t count against your rental hours.

Do you provide props for our event?

Absolutely! We offer a fantastic selection of props at no extra charge. Our collection is constantly growing, and we’re committed to ensuring that our high-quality props add lots of fun and entertainment to your event. We want to provide you with the best photo experience possible, so our props are top-notch and designed to make your special event even more memorable.

Do you provide backdrops?

Yes, we provide backdrops in all our packages, and we definitely recommend it if the space permits. It’s a great way to add style to your photos and make them even more memorable! You can view our backdrops via this link.

Will stair-only access to our venue be an issue in booking the Mirror Booth?

Unfortunately, we do not accept Mirror Booth bookings for venues with stairs-only access. The Mirror Booth weighs 50+ kilos, so it’s crucial for us to know about this information in advance before we accept the booking. However, we do offer alternative photo booths that are lighter and better suited for such locations.
