We were proud that our Mosaic Photo Booth is part of the Pitcher Partners 3-day corporate event held at their Melbourne office. What do I need to provide for the main mosaic image?
Please provide a high-resolution JPEG file. For the best print quality on the large display, the file should be over 2MB, set to 300dpi, and in sRGB colour format.
Do I need to provide extra photos besides the ones taken at the event?
Just for the Medium and Large Mosaic Board, we recommend supplying at least 200 pre-selected or backup photos from your own library or past events. This helps ensure the mosaic is filled out beautifully and the activation runs smoothly.
What happens if there aren't enough unique photos to finish the mosaic?
Don’t worry, the mosaic will always be finished! If there aren’t enough unique photos provided or taken during the event, our software will automatically duplicate images to ensure the mosaic is completed within your allocated time frame.
How much space is required for the Photo Mosaic Wall setup?
We typically require a footprint of 4m x 4m space. This allows enough space for the mosaic board, the printing station, and for your guests to comfortably interact with the wall and place their stickers.
Is there an attendant included with the activation?
Yes. Every booking includes a professional attendant who manages the setup, assists guests with placing their photo tiles, and ensures the technical side of the software runs smoothly from start to finish.
How do guests get their photos onto the wall?
Your photos are captured via our interactive Digital Booth, which is included in every package. Our system seamlessly syncs these images to the mosaic wall, allowing guests to contribute to the final masterpiece instantly.
What happens to the mosaic after the event?
The physical mosaic board is yours to keep! It makes for a fantastic piece of office decor or huge keepsake. We also provide you with a high-resolution and low-resolution Digital file of the completed mosaic and all photos taken from the Digital Booth.
In addition, we recommend assigning a dedicated person to collect the mosaic at the conclusion of the event to ensure it is transported safely to its new home.
How long does a Photo Mosaic Activation typically run?
To ensure the best guest experience and a fully completed masterpiece, our package minimum is 5 hours. For longer events, such as 3-day conferences or multi-day trade shows, we can provide customised pricing and scheduling to suit your specific itinerary.
