You have the flexibility to choose between two stunning mosaic board sizes to perfectly suit your corporate event. Our Medium Board measures 48 x 48 inches and features 576 individual photos, while the Large Board spans 66 x 50 inches, showcasing 825 photos to create an even greater impact.
Both options offer a visually striking and meaningful way to celebrate your brand, team, or milestone and best of all, the completed mosaic becomes an unforgettable keepsake that makes for an impressive display in your office or reception area.
The Photo Mosaic Activation Experience
? How It Works
1️⃣ Snap a Pic – Guests take a fun photo at our Digital Booth ? and instantly receive a digital copy on their phone ?.
2️⃣ Print the Tile – Each photo is transformed into a small square tile ? (sticker-sized!) ready to become part of something bigger.
3️⃣ Place on the Board – Guests then stick their photo tile onto the Mosaic Board ?️, slowly revealing a larger image together as the event unfolds ?.
4️⃣ Big Reveal – By the end of your event, you’ll have a completed mosaic made entirely from your attendees’ photos, a unique masterpiece and unforgettable display ?.
5️⃣ Digital Gallery – After the event, photos can be browse and downloaded via a secured online gallery ??
Your Photo Mosaic, Delivered in Every Format
Along with the completed mosaic board, you’ll also receive high and low-resolution digital files that is perfect for printing, sharing online, or keeping as a lasting digital keepsake.
We also recommend supplying at least 200 pre-selected or backup photos (such as images from past events or your photo library). These additional photos help ensure the mosaic is completed smoothly and filled out beautifully.
If not enough unique photos are provided, the software will automatically duplicate some images to complete the mosaic within the allocated time frame.
At your event, our interactive digital booth creates a fun and engaging experience for attendees while seamlessly reinforcing your brand. The booth captures a sequence of three photos, which are automatically placed into a custom-designed template featuring your corporate branding, logo, or event theme.
