How much space does the Magic Mirror Booth need?

Please allocate a space approximately 3 x 3 meters. This will give guests plenty of room to engage with the mirror booth, pose, and interact freely. Ensure the area has a nearby power outlet and is well-lit or equipped with adjustable lighting for the best photo results.

Is there a limit to how many photos can be taken and printed?

We offer packages with Unlimited Photos and Prints, so you and your guests can capture as many fun moments as you’d like during your photo booth rental! Each session includes three fantastic shots, and you can print up to 5 copies from each session. You’re welcome to hop back in line for more photo fun.

How long until we get our photo printouts?

Your photos will be printed in a matter of seconds, leaving your guests impressed. They’ll be thrilled to see their awesome snapshots ready almost instantly, adding to the excitement and making the experience even more memorable!

Can we receive Digital Copies on the day?

Absolutely! As long as there’s strong network coverage at the venue, your guests can quickly receive their photos via SMS or email. This makes it easy for them to share their favorite snapshots on social media, allowing everyone to enjoy the fun in real-time. Whether they’re posting to Instagram, Facebook, or another platform, your guests will love being able to instantly share their memories with friends and family!

How do we choose our photo templates?

After booking, you’ll have the opportunity to select your photo templates online, allowing you to choose a design that perfectly suits your style. If you prefer something more tailored, we can craft a custom template exclusively for you, incorporating your logo or matching it with your event’s theme and invitations. We’ll share the design with you for approval, ensuring it’s just right before we finalise everything.

Will we get access to ALL the digital photos through a photo gallery?

Definitely! You’ll receive all the digital photos within 2-3 business days after the event. We’ll provide you with a secure link and password to our photo gallery, making it easy for you to share all the fun moments with your family and friends.

Do you have Public and Products Liability Insurance?

We have up to $20 million in public and product liability insurance, giving everyone peace of mind. Plus, all our equipment is tested and tagged to meet the venue’s safety standards, so you can enjoy your event without any worries.

Is there a fee for setup and pack-up time?

We don’t charge for setup or pack-up time. We’ll arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before your event to get everything ready, so you can relax knowing this time is on us and doesn’t count toward your rental hours.

Do you provide props for our event?

Absolutely! We offer a great range of props for free. Our collection is always growing, and we’re dedicated to making your event as fun and memorable as possible with top-quality props.

Do you provide backdrops?

Yes, all our packages include backdrops, and we recommend using them if space allows. They add a stylish touch to your photos and make them more memorable! Check out our backdrops here.

Will stair-only access to our venue be an issue in booking the Mirror Booth?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept Mirror Booth bookings for venues with stairs-only access due to the booth’s weight of over 50 kilos. We need to know this ahead of time before confirming a booking. However, we do offer lighter photo booths that are better suited for locations with stairs.
