R&B music at weddings are lots of fun if you have the right crowd at your wedding reception. As a well-known DJ in the wedding circles, I have done many R&B weddings over my career and have put together a list of the most popular 250 R&B songs I play at weddings.
ABBA is one of the all-time most successful singing groups and their songs are still a hit at weddings. As a Wedding DJ, I get different song requests from guests and couples, and ABBA songs are definitely one of them.
In 1995, this group started by calling themselves the Black Eyed Pods and was later renamed the Black Eyed Peas. To begin with, they started as a trio band consisting of members Will. I. Am, Apl.De.Ap and Jaime Gomez (Taboo). As a trio, they released two albums before auditioning for a fourth member. Then, Fergie came on board in 2003 for the third album called “Elephunk.”
